8/1/2018 11:36:16 AM Wet Slips various damaged wet slips Noticed they are replacing/repairing wet slip piles damaged by owners incorrect installation of boat rafts. Are the owners footing the bill? Can we do something to inform raft owners of the problem to ward off future storm damage? The rafts should be attached to PVC poles or a track system attached to pilings. There are numerous rates chained directly to our pilings. They catch on our pilings when rising in storm tides and pull our pilings out! Please address this issue before we incur more expense. 7/30/2018 9:00:45 AM Wet Slips All boat docks Can anything be done to correct the incorrect installation of many of boat drive on/off rafts. They are using out pilings instead of recommended PVC poles to secure rafts in slip. During normal weather they chafe our pilings and during storms they float up pulling our pilings out of the river bed and twisting our finger piers. Research indicates the recommended method of install is PVC poles or a rack system attached to pilings. The CSA should not be liable for incorrect installation on the part of boat owners! 7/29/2018 8:53:54 AM 443 105 please paint or make the our building association paint our only association visitors parking space it is a CSA space that they have no right to claim under current CSA parking rules as a 443 only parking space. It is the only CSA parking space between two buildings since the 13 garage's take take all other visitors parking and the two buildings have assigned parking. WE WILL REVIEW Working
7/28/2018 7:50:29 AM Large Pool Pool surface Both pools ( the large and small pool) have black spots all over the bottom.. In the past this required a scrubber to be applied for removal, this should also be checked for proper levels of chorine . POOL COMPANY HAS BEEN CALLED FOR ADDITIONAL WORK. Working
